Shooters Hill

We are pleased to share the news that Perseus, in collaboration with Barwood Capital’s Regional Property Growth Fund V, has completed the sale of its site with planning consent for a 70-bedroom care home at Shooters Hill in Greenwich.
Perseus’ Managing Director, Duncan Ford, commented “This site has the dubious distinction of being the only one which I’ve managed to acquire, obtain planning for and sell twice in my career. Industry super-salesman Jordan Rundle MRICS at Christie & Co managed to identify a less-well-known purchaser for us, and we were delighted with the price achieved. Our sincere thanks must also go to Harris Irwin Architects and Gillings Planning for helping us navigate the rocky road towards obtaining planning consent. I fully expect the approved scheme to be a future award-winner, and look forward to seeing it opened and helping to address the enormous shortfall in care home bed spaces locally”.
Barwood’s Investment Director, Nick Masters, added “Barwood is delighted to have supported Perseus in successfully delivering another care home consent and subsequent site disposal to an operator, which will help address the marked under- supply of much needed bed spaces in this location”.
