We partner with local schools and colleges to spark curiosity and inspire the next generation of architects. These collaborations allow us to give students a taste of the world of design through careers’ fairs and workshops where our team can talk to students about some of their projects and the route to becoming an architect and how accessible, dynamic and fun the role can be

Work Experience

We love opening our doors to work experience students and our hands-on programme is tailored to give students an insight into the day-to-day work of a practice. Over the course of a week, students take charge of their own scheme, guiding a project from initial concept through to a final design. This offers a fantastic, immersive opportunity to step inside a professional practice, and see exactly what it takes to bring ideas to life. 

University Partnerships

Dedicated to nurturing future talent, we actively support our architectural assistants through their degree apprenticeships and studies on the path to becoming fully qualified architects. We provide full mentorship and all-round support across every facet of the business, ensuring academic learning is backed by invaluable, real-world practice. By gaining hands-on experience on live schemes, they develop the practical skills and confidence needed to thrive in the industry.

CPD

We are we committed to continuous learning and staying at the cutting edge of our industry and run a comprehensive programme of external and internal CPDs. This develops knowledge and supports our team in keeping abreast of the latest building standards, regulations, and innovative design products and practices.

Mentoring
