On behalf of Barchester Healthcare the proposed scheme involves the demolition of the existing care home and out-buildings, and their replacement with a new 52-bedroom care home.

The feature dormer design drew inspiration from the immediate architectural context and the wider precedent area. The proposed building and landscaping will benefit the wider area and provide a high-quality of care and wellness for its residents and staff.
