Following a unanimous decision by the Braintree DC planning committee, our latest care home, delivered on behalf of Perseus Land & Developments Limited, sits as part of a wider master plan. The consent includes a 72 bedroom care home, 260sqm of retail floor space, 46 age restricted retirement apartments and 19 bungalows in the Essex market town of Witham.

Harris Irwin worked as lead architects alongside Re-Format, to help deliver the proposal via a collaborative and engaging planning performance agreement with the LPA which helped to secure a design that, once built, will create some amazing new buildings and public spaces for the local community.
